Free the Child (FTC) is a UK registered charity founded in 2007 to serve and support underprivileged and abused children and young people in the UK and internationally. The charity runs projects throughout the year and young people are educated on the dangers and consequences of drug, sexual, and physical abuse, crime and peer pressure.
Free the Child Charity Shop is located in North London to continue the work of raising funds for the charity.
Become a part of our family. Together, we
can save many lives and stop this hunger.
Free the Child is committed to supporting and empowering children and young people, providing advice on education, career choices and life skills as well as counselling on personal and family matters.
We organise educational activities, community events and trips throughout the year.
If you are interested or a young person’s charity we’d love to hear from you. Our services provide an opportunity for everyone to be actively involved in a number of recreational projects
“I was anxious to join UAC workshops at first but the friendly atmosphere put me at ease and made it enjoyable to talk about very sensitive topics in a in a casual and educative manner”
“At first I was reluctant to join in the fitness class because I didn’t like running then, but after I saw all my friends and the volunteers getting into it I got involved and always look forward to the team coming back”
The best part of Bounce back is that you know you are not the only person going through problems, and you are able to talk about them with other young people in a non-judgemental environment
